We collect only the data entered in the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, project location, profile, type of project and message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Processing is based on your voluntary request and our legitimate interest in replying. It is never sold or transferred.

Recipients and hosting

Requests are read by the Navalior Immobilier team handling your project. The site and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as technical processor; this transfer is covered by Netlify’s contractual safeguards.

Retention

For the time needed to process your request, then no more than three years after the last contact, unless a contract is in progress.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, objection or deletion by writing to contact@navalior.com. You may also contact ARTCI (Côte d’Ivoire) or the CNIL (France).
